If for some reason you aren't totally satisfied with your My Haya product because the item is either defective or damaged, then will be happy to replace it for you. If you would like to exchange your product send us an email at email@example.com and post your item to the address provided below.
Note: Returning Charges are at your own expense. Your exchange item will be sent back to you at no extra cost, which includes First Class Recorded Delivery.
UK & International Refunds
If you would like a refund for your My Haya product, we offer 7 days for you to get in touch and return your product to the address below. Sadly if those 7 days have passed unfortunately we can't offer a refund or exchange, so make sure you get in touch as soon as you can.
For our international customers you have 14 days return policy if this has passed unfortunately we can't offer a refund or exchange, so please get in touch.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, remain in the same condition that you received it, and returned in its original packaging.
For our UK customers who receive free delivery, you will receive a postage deduction of £4.99 on all modest wear and abayas orders.
For our UK customers who receive free delivery, you will receive a postage deduction of £1.99 on all hijab orders.
For our International customers who receive free delivery, available for orders over £200 in total you will receive a postage deduction £20.00.
If an item is returned and not in its original condition, the item is damaged or missing parts for any reason such as incorrect washing or mistreatment, this won't be acceptable for a refund.
PLEASE DO NOTE THAT WE CANNOT REFUND YOU FOR THE RETURN DELIVERY CHARGES.
If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed and delivered automatically and the funds transferred to payment accounts provided.
